Job Description
As a Sales Leader at 1mind, you’ll recruit, onboard, lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expansion across enterprise and mid-market segments. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our go-to-market motion, building process discipline, and coaching a team selling one of the most exciting AI products in the market. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader and coach who thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments and wants to shape how the next generation of revenue teams leverage AI Superhumans to scale beyond human capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, lead and develop top tier talent, and consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Partner with GTM leadership to define and execute the sales strategy, territory design, and forecasting process
Drive excellence in outbound execution, discovery, and deal management; ensure team is effectively connecting 1mind Superhumans to measurable business impact
Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for key customer opportunities
Establish a high-performing culture of excellence rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on GTM strategy and optimize the full revenue funnel
Contribute directly to strategic deals as needed, providing guidance on structure, messaging, and negotiation

Ideal Background
6–10 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2+ years leading a high-performing team
Proven success selling into executive-level GTM, product, or technical buyers
Demonstrated ability to build and scale early-stage sales motions, processes, and teams
Strong operator: data-driven, disciplined, and able to build predictable pipeline and forecasting rigor
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and executive-level stakeholder management
Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence
Passion for coaching, team development, and helping reps hit their full potential
Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and the future of work
