What You’ll Do:


As a key player on our team, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue and growth by introducing our cutting-edge platform to construction leaders who demand the best. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: ● Lead the Charge: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including delivering dynamic, hands-on demos of our platform. ● Build Trust and Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, demonstrating ConCntric’s value at every stage. ● Hustle Hard: Proactively seek new business through strategic outreach, networking, and cold calls—whatever it takes to fill your pipeline. ● Be the Expert: Understand our clients’ needs inside and out to create tailored solutions that solve their toughest challenges. ● Collaborate to Win: Partner with marketing to refine messaging, work with the BDR team to implement your outbound strategy and work closely with our product team to provide feedback that drives innovation. ● Stay Sharp: Keep our CRM updated and track key metrics to stay on top of your game. Be data and market intelligence driven.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for elite talent—the kind of sales professional who loves the thrill of the hunt and thrives on closing big deals. You’re not just tech-savvy; you’re fluent in it, and you can seamlessly demo a platform like a pro. You’re customer-obsessed, laser-focused on results, and relentless in pursuit of success.

Must-Haves: ● Proven track record with 10+ years in B2B sales, including managing enterprise accounts and exceeding quotas. ● Hunter mentality. Exceptional ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with C-suite and senior decision-makers. ● Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and create champions within the prospect company. ● Sales methodology training and the ability to successfully apply it to each sales cycle. ● Strong technical aptitude—you’re comfortable learning and demoing software solutions like a natural. ● Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools. ● Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. ● Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects in person. ● Self-motivation and a competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves: ● Experience in construction, architecture, or engineering industries. ● Familiarity with preconstruction workflows or SaaS platforms. ● Early-stage startup experience.
