Head of Growth Remote (United States)

In this pivotal moment following our Series A funding, ConCntric seeks a visionary Head of Growth to architect and scale our revenue engine as we revolutionize the preconstruction industry through our AI-powered platform. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive go-to-market organization that will accelerate our mission of making the built world more affordable, predictable, and sustainable.

In this role you will design and implement the complete revenue strategy - from marketing through customer success - creating a unified customer journey that capitalizes on our position as the category leader in AI-powered preconstruction technology.

Every day you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build and optimize our go-to-market motion, develop our team, and create scalable processes that drive adoption of our platform across different market segments.

To thrive in this role you must combine strategic vision with operational excellence, bringing proven experience scaling early-stage SaaS companies from single-digit millions to double-digit millions in revenue through sophisticated market segmentation and talent development.

Backed by 53 Stations and other strategic investors, we're transforming preconstruction through our Amplify AI technology, enabling teams to plan more thoroughly and make faster, smarter decisions with confidence.

The Head of Growth will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for building and leading the entire revenue organization through our next phase of growth. This role requires a sophisticated leader who can develop and execute strategies across marketing, sales, and customer success while building high-performing teams in a remote environment.

Responsibilities: ●Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategy across all segments ●Build and lead high-performing remote teams across marketing, sales, and customer success ●Create strategies to maximize the SMB, Mid-Size and Large Customer segments ●Create and optimize unified customer journey from acquisition through expansion ●Establish metrics, analytics, and processes to drive predictable forecasts and revenue growth ●Maximize ConCntric’s land and expand strategy ●Lead market expansion initiatives and territory development ●Build and manage strategic relationships with key customers and partners ●Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities across customer base ●Collaborate with product and engineering on roadmap priorities ●Provide regular reporting and insights to CEO and board

Required Skills and Experience: ●Proven success scaling early-stage SaaS companies through rapid growth phases ●Experience building and leading remote revenue organizations ●Track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies ●Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams ●Strong commitment to accurate pipeline forecasting ●Strong understanding of enterprise software sales motions ●Experience with market segmentation and territory development ●History of implementing successful customer success programs ●Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and analytics ●Excellence in strategic planning and execution

Preferred Skills and Experience: ●Experience with AI/ML platform companies ●Background in construction technology or adjacent industries ●Track record of scaling companies through Series A/B stages ●Experience selling platform solutions to enterprise customers ●History of building category-leading brands ●Success in developing sales talent and leadership ●Experience with remote-first organizations
