The Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on front-end development to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our software applications. The expectation is that you will work across the entire stack with the front end being a key contribution.

This role requires strong experience with:

• JavaScript/TypeScript
• Node
• Vue (version 3), Nuxt, Pinia
• Postgres
• GraphQL
• CSS, Tailwind
• Figma

Bonus Skills

• Experience in an early-stage startup environment
• Working knowledge or experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop high-quality applications with a strong emphasis on front-end development.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient code using best practices for software development, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as Vue, along with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services using Node and GraphQL
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer, with a strong emphasis on front-end development.
• Proficiency with all technologies listed above
• An eye for detail when creating delightful user experiences
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment
• Work well in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities and frequent iterations
