In this role, you'll be responsible for producing captivating content for both organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms that elevate our brand's online presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Video Content Creation: Conceptualize, storyboard, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos, ensuring a concise and captivating result that grabs our target audience's attention.

Video Production: Utilize your eye for detail to capture engaging videos while considering lighting, composition, and audio quality. Infuse your creativity through graphics, animations, and text overlays. Enhance videos via expert editing, incorporating transitions, effects, and sound elements to sustain audience engagement.

Paid Social Advertising: Collaborate with our paid social team to create content seamlessly integrated into our paid advertising campaigns. You’ll use your expertise to craft engaging stories, create thumb-stopping hooks, captivate our target audience, and prompt desired actions.

Platform Optimization: Make the most of platform-specific tools like music, filters, and effects to amplify video engagement. Customize videos for diverse platforms, considering each platform's distinct algorithms.

Trend Analysis: Keep up with the latest trends and viral challenges on short-form video platforms. Adapt these trends to resonate with our brand's voice and identity.

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• A track record as a content creator, backed by a portfolio showcasing successful short-form videos.
• A solid grasp of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for creating engaging content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
• A creative mind that's always brewing up fresh ideas and solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to both create video ideas from scratch AND execute on a brief.
• Photography skills are a plus.

HOURS: Full Time, Exempt, Salaried
