The DTC Product Manager will operate as a hands-on leader for a dedicated product management team responsible for prioritization, planning, requirements gathering and delivery to market of product enhancements for the WorldWinner platform. The ideal candidate will have a high analytical drive, the know-how to experiment and optimize player conversion funnels and identify features that improve consumer engagement. This is an opportunity to be a part of a one-of-a-kind product in both the competitive real money gaming and entertainment industries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic planning and management of the WorldWinner product portfolio
  • Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Successfully lead a talented team of product managers and producers, with clear areas of ownership, identified areas of expertise and aligned responsibilities.
  • Drive product roadmap, prioritization, customer experience, scope and requirements definition, and delivery to market. Synthesize needs of internal and external stakeholders into a clear, coherent, and regularly updated forwarding looking view of customer- and internal-facing capabilities.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of short- and long-term priorities. Build credibility through consistent communication.
  • Lead teams through the full development process from hypothesis to ideation, design, implementation, release, measurement, and iteration.
  • Maintain a culture of data driven development. Use quantitative and qualitative analysis, competitive analysis, product improvement experimentation, product analytics, and A/B testing to measure product performance and inform product priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with digital products on mobile and web , with strong preference for gaming or real money applications.
  • Prior consumer-facing product development experience, with mobile
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of bringing new consumer facing experiences to market
  • Proven track record of working on products with complex and interdependent systems, preferably mobile games with interdependent free and for money play loops
  • Proven track record managing production end-to-end
