We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in building foundational frameworks and developing tooling to facilitate high quality platform features and functionality.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate platform tooling product management across a cross-functional group to deliver on initiatives.
• Develop and manage the tools product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization to drive product execution; Oversee the tools related to end-to-end player experience
• Collaborate on the development, promotion and continuous improvement of our database solutions
• Work closely with key stakeholders on prioritizing updates based on business goals and available resourcing
• Define and drive process for New Tools creation and consolidation, updates, and depreciation
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Solution Consultants and Demo Engineering teams, to identify the need for tooling and potential opportunities
• Define product requirements and create a comprehensive short-term and long-term Tools roadmap
• Drive the development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and defining user stories
• Establish metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of our Tools
• Coordinate Tool launches, including developing enablement materials and conducting training sessions

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of web or full-stack product development experience, with 2+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with database modeling and development
• Understanding of large data engineering pipelines and modern open-source data analytical engines is a bonus
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery: discovery, ideation, requirements/specs, delivery, data analysis/customer feedback
• Demonstrated track record of leadership in building products for cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture and development process for complex and highly scalable applications.
• Experience with building ecosystems, platforms and tools.
• Ability to collaborate and effectively articulate the “why” of roadmap priorities to stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
