We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Marketing Strategist to join our WorldWinner Direct to Consumer team. In this role, you will define and lead the overall CRM & engagement marketing strategy for WorldWinner.

You should have a deep understanding of retention, general marketing, and automation tools combined with segmentation and persona development experience. Strong soft skills are required to collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. This is an opportunity to be a part of a one-of-a-kind product in both the competitive real money gaming and entertainment industries.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and lead the overall CRM & engagement marketing strategy, aligning it with broader business goals and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the executive team to ensure CRM and promotional strategies support the company's growth.
  • Build and enhance player loyalty programs, VIP experiences, and targeted offers aimed at maximizing player lifetime value.
  • Lead efforts in segmentation & persona development to create personalized customer experiences that increase retention and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute data-driven retention strategies, leveraging CRM tools to enhance customer engagement.
  • Setting up new end-to-end marketing campaign automations
  • Lead the systematic creation and execution of testing plans, and ensure results get shared & implemented
  • Partner with Marketing leadership and Executive teams to shape and influence company-wide strategic initiatives focused on customer retention and loyalty.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams to align retention efforts and ensure seamless execution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, retention marketing, CRM, or customer strategy for a digital company.
  • Experience in mobile apps and real-money gaming or retail preferred
  • Deep understanding of retention, general marketing, and automation tools such as Braze
  • Experience in segmentation and persona development to drive personalized marketing strategies
  • Experience building early-life and in-life user comms flows
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Data-driven decision maker with a strong focus on analyzing and improving performance
  • Ability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
