About the Role
As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining OLarry’s growth by defining, planning, and implementing our customer-facing technology. This role reports to the COO.
Remote, U.S. Based Only
Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of engineering projects by setting clear priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders across the company to define product requirements and weigh implementation options.
- Understand customer needs and feedback, translating them into actionable engineering tasks and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in development
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new engineers to build a high-performing team.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Design Sprint agile methodology.
- Experience as a lead engineer managing the delivery of a consumer-facing product.
- Experience with fullstack development with a strong focus on React, Next.js, and leveraging Figma for front-end development.
- Expertise in back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or similar, along with experience in building RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience with fintech or similarly regulated space
- A high level of EQ, personal drive, and professionalism that adheres to the OLarry Core Pillars.

Salary
$150,000 - $225,000 per year
