Responsibilities

  • Own cross-channel paid media (Meta, LinkedIn, search, programmatic/retargeting, experiments in CTV/audio), including planning, budgeting, pacing, and weekly ROAS/CAC reporting.
  • Design, build, and optimize lead-gen funnels from first touch to qualified meeting: UTM discipline, nurture journeys, and conversion-rate optimization across ads, LPs, and forms.
  • Create and test innovative demand campaigns: audience strategy, creative briefs, messaging/offer tests, and incrementality/geo-split when helpful.
  • Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers, creative vendors): scopes, SLAs, asset delivery, QA, and performance accountability.
  • Generate AEO content to earn visibility in AI answer engines and surface OLarry as the trusted solution.
  • Optimize the website for speed and conversion, and iterate landing pages.
  • Partner with Sales & Customer Success on ICP refinement, MQL→SQL definitions, lead routing/SLAs, and closed-loop feedback to improve efficiency.
  • Measure what matters: build dashboards for CAC, payback, LTV:CAC, channel mix, and cohort quality; propose next bets based on data.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in B2C/B2B2C performance or growth marketing, including 2+ years owning paid budgets.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (audiences, conversion objectives, offline events, creative testing).
  • Proven website/Landing-page optimization (CRO, A/B testing, page-speed basics).
  • Strong funnel analytics in GA4, tag management.
  • Google Ads, programmatic, marketing automation, Hubspot.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales/CS and translating pipeline targets into media plans.
  • Clear communicator with crisp briefs, strong vendor/agency management, and bias for structured experimentation.
  • Experience designing for premium brands, luxury markets, or products targeting high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a way that feels both accessible and high-touch.
  • A high level of EQ, personal drive, and professionalism that adheres to the OLarry Core Pillars.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Healthcare Insurance - 100% coverage for the employee, 50% coverage for dependents.
