We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, and can adapt and be flexible in a startup environment. For example, one day, you may have an idea about how to do something better, and you spend the day prototyping it. The next day, your teammates have given you feedback, and you’re already incorporating it into your code. This is an applied role, and you’ll be able to use your skills and code in a production environment.

Required Key Experience:

• Very senior (7+ years) level of experience in backend software engineering
• Expertise in Go

Experience nice-to-haves:

• GraphQL
• Postgres
• Redis
• Kubernetes
• GCP
• A vector database such as Qdrant

Key requirements:

• Self-starter, capable of completing projects with minimal direction
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on rapid prototyping and iteration
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Product-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent user experiences
