Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

To sustain our current growth, we are seeking a commercially minded CFO to lead financial activities and financial strategy for the company. Overview: As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Resynergi, you will be a key driver of our financial and operational success. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO oversees all financial aspects of the company and takes the lead on raising capital (dilutive and non dilutive) to support our growth and expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Raising Capital and Investor Relations

• Drive capital raising efforts through a combination of debt and equity financing to support company's growth and innovation. Capital raising will include project finance activities, including securing funding for the planning, construction, and operation of plastic recycling plants.

• Manage Investor Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for investors, providing transparent and accurate financial information.

Oversee all aspects of operational finance activities

• Develop and implement robust financial reporting processes.

• Develop and implement cost control initiatives to optimize plant productivity.

• Develop and implement financial planning framework, including budgeting and forecasting to provide insights and lead corrective actions to achieve financial targets.

Lead Compliance and Risk Management functions

• Develop and implement a Risk Management framework to adequately assess investment opportunity and mitigate financial risks. Develop sound financial recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and develop and implement audit activities, including managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Leadership

• Build a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

• Act as a business partner with Operations team to drive productivity initiatives in plant construction and maintenance. More generally, support all functions to ensure delivery of financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

• A 10+ years of proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in blue chip corporation.

• Track record in project finance, capital raising, and investment is essential.

• Knowledge of the plastic recycling industry or a related field (Oil and Gas) is a plus.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Entrepreneurial experience highly desired.
