Min: $22/hour Max: $25/hour

Position Summary:

The Fleet and Facilities Representative provides essential maintenance at our facilities and manages a variety of fleet-related duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt position. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Travel: Travel is not typical for this position.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilities Maintenance:

· Perform basic labor tasks across various Sonic facilities.

· Handle painting, cleaning, desk assembly, trash removal, light bulb changes, and general cleanup and organization.

· Stock consumables and maintain inventory levels.

Fleet Management:

· Clean vehicles and ensure they are in pristine condition.

· Distribute vehicle registrations and check vital fluids.

· Shuttle vehicles between locations as needed.

· Conduct vehicle cleanouts and other related tasks.

· Maintain an active California state driver’s license.

· Maintain a clean driving record as defined by the current Sonic fleet insurance underwriter.

Qualifications:

· Basic Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with the use of common tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs.

· Vehicle Competency: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids, cleaning, and handling vehicle registrations.

· Office Infrastructure Knowledge: Basic competency in assembling desks, changing light bulbs, and performing general maintenance tasks within an office environment.
