Position Summary:

The Demand Generation Manager is a bold and results-oriented individual with a high level of skills in Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing. This role will be a strategic partner to the Director and will execute on all paid digital marketing channels and integrated multi-channel go-to-market campaigns (B2B and B2C) for Sonic. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong record of testing, executing, and driving demand through a variety of strategies and tactics.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time (40 hours per week), exempt position. Hybrid role.

Limited travel

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This is a leadership role on the Sonic Marketing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and regularly report to leadership on results and key metrics.
  • Lead a small team of internal team members and external vendors, set team goals, and deliver strategies to reach Sonic’s business goals.
  • Utilize target markets and customer segment data to define marketing mix.
  • Work with Sales Teams to understand the lead process and deliver programs and tools to close deals.
  • Manage Go-to-Market Campaign execution, monitor performance, and identify opportunities and strategies to improve.
  • Implement and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel, including Building/Maintaining Demand Generation Email Tool.
  • Aligns with the creative and brand teams to maximize growth for all Sonic’s paid digital marketing channels.
  • Brings a data-centric mindset: relentlessly measures, analyzes, reports, tests, and optimizes the performance of demand generation programs.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills to effectively deliver programs and create alignment across teams.
  • Manage campaign budgets and identify the best channel strategies for investment that maximizes growth, lead quality, and aligns with business objectives.

Education, Experience, and skills:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 6+ Years of experience in Demand Generation and Digital Marketing
  • Experience building and executing on demand generation campaigns to drive growth.
  • Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
  • Effectively prioritize and achieve in an environment that requires fresh thinking and new ideas.
  • Previous Vendor Management Experience

Skills:

  • Strong Email Marketing skills and background
  • Strong Digital Marketing background, with the ability to oversee vendors and provide direction and ongoing feedback to optimize the partnership.
  • Skilled in multi-channel marketing especially SEM, Paid Social, Marketing Automation (Email), and Direct Mail Strategies.

Compensation Range: $85k-105k annually
