Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager with a demonstrated track record of success to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making to support the organization's growth and profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Take ownership, develop and maintain complex financial models for financial, operational and project analysis.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor and communicate business performance.
- Working closely with the CFO and Controller, be able to partner with other senior leaders to evaluate financial outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budgets and forecasts, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, leveraging expertise in SAP and other ERP tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing, cost analysis, and capital expenditure planning.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Help support treasury management and banking related activities and relationships as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in finance, corporate finance, investment banking or banking in a growing dynamic company.
- Expert level proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools. Be able to build and develop from scratch complex financial and operational models and forecasts, including complete financial statements and their drivers including variables and their subsequent impact on the financial statements for forecasts by running sensitivity analysis models.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with PowerPoint and putting together presentations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Telecommunications industry experience is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools and data analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in SAP and experience with other ERP systems.

Compensation Range: $110k-$150k annually
