The Opportunity
As Novi Connect expands its platform capabilities, the need for sophisticated data visualization solutions becomes ever more critical. We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who specializes in data visualization to enhance our decision-making and product offerings. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, your role will involve:
Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and interactive data visualizations and dashboards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
Building and optimizing data models to improve the efficiency of our data flows and visualizations.
Implementing best practices for data visualization and interaction within our analytics platforms.
Integrating new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing structures.
Creating custom reports and visualizations per stakeholder specifications.
Enhancing the user experience of our data products through effective aesthetic and interactive elements.
Ensuring consistency of data visualization across multiple platforms and devices.
Providing expertise in data visualization tools and methodologies to support product development and business intelligence.
About You
4+ years of experience in analytics engineering with a focus on data visualization.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
Strong background in using SQL and programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and visualization.
Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures.
Experience designing and implementing effective UX/UI for data applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact through data-driven decision-making.
Base Salary Range
$130,000 - $180,000 USD Annual Salary
