What We're Looking For
As we expand, we are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to help us grow our brand partnerships, drive adoption, and ensure seamless onboarding and activation of new customers.
The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in pitching to brands, articulating our value proposition, and ensuring they transition into active and engaged users. This role requires a balance of sales acumen, relationship-building, and subject matter expertise in certifications and sustainability to establish trust with brand partners.
In This Role, You Will
Engage and present our solutions to potential brand partners, clearly communicating how we help them achieve their goals.
Explain our platform’s value, including the importance of certifications and sustainability best practices, ensuring brands trust us as a knowledgeable partner.
Guide brands through the onboarding process and ensure successful activation as long-term users.
Build strong, lasting relationships with brands, ensuring ongoing engagement and addressing any concerns proactively.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize our customer journey, refine messaging, and drive adoption.
Track engagement metrics, user feedback, and trends to continuously improve our approach and success strategies.
About You
5+ years in customer success, partnerships, or sales—preferably in a SaaS, sustainability, or certification-focused company.
Exceptional ability to engage, pitch, and build trust with brands.
Familiarity with sustainability certifications, ESG frameworks, and consumer expectations around sustainability is a plus.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand brand needs and position our solution as the best fit.
Proactive & Relationship-Driven: You thrive on building meaningful connections and guiding brands through successful activation.
Data-Driven & Goal-Oriented: You understand key success metrics and can continuously refine strategies to improve performance.
Salary Range
$90K-$110K Annually
Eligible for bonus compensation
Salary dependent on geographic location and past experience
